(HPE) is founded in 2010 whose R&D headquarter is based in Italy, which designs medium and high power supplies for UV lamps/UV LED and exports all over the world. There are two production bases in China and Italy. HPE guarantees a customer-tailored product, time to market and technical assistance for installation and maintenance. The company operates through an international network that deals with product and process development, providing a rapid distribution and assistance network to international customers involved incoating, curing, electronics, disinfection and other fields .
