Use method and precautions
1. According to the conditions of use plus the appropriate amount of diluent (water) or alcohol and water mixture dilution. In order to achieve gloss and abrasion resistance requirements, according to the paper, roller coating varnish plus thinner 5 ~ 15% or so, online varnish using the original liquid, if the use of the process of light oil viscosity is too high should add the appropriate amount of thinner to adjust to the appropriate viscosity.
2. The amount of oil depends on the quality of paper and gloss requirements, generally online varnishing: 2-5g/㎡, offline varnishing 3-7g/㎡.
3. Drying method: infrared drying, hot air or heat pipe heating and drying can be used. Temperature not less than 70℃
