The machine is running steady with strengthened driving system, and it is also easy for maintenance.
2. The motor is controlled by transducer (inverter) which is available for automatic timing. It is power saved and helps to work stably.
3. Paper is feed by several thick belts under the help of vibration motor. Feeding is continuous, exact and automatic with this system.
4. Grinders are provided in both sides of machine, to make gluing more stable and firm.
5. The machine is able to fold and glue straight line boxes. In the pre-folding part, the first fold at 180°, the third fold at 135°.
The second fold and the fourth fold are molded at 180°.
6. PLC system and touch screen for easy operation. Out-put quantity/speed/counting etc., is able to set by this system.
Counting through photo-electric sensor & pneumatic kicking.
7. Conveyor unit with pneumatic design. Pressing also by a sponge belt in this section to keep out-put in a perfect condition. A transverse paper collection table after the conveyor unit helps to collect boxes quickly.
8. Small box like out-put size at 30mm is also able to be done after the special design according to customer requirement.
9. This machine adopts high-end configuration: Schneider Electric/PLC/Transducer, Japanese Nitta Belt, Japanese Bearing and Germany timing belt, make the machine run faster and more stable. In addition to ordinary cardboard boxes, it can also paste and fold E-type corrugated box.
